A super simple, sweet and high fiber crunchy snack made with no refined sugar or oil!
We made this in our Weekly Cooking Class!
1/2 cup date sugar
4 tablespoons cinnamon
1 can chickpeas/garbanzo beans
Combine dry ingredients well and then coat drained, but NOT rinsed or dried, chickpeas (shaking in a sealed container works best).
Bake on parchment paper-lined sheet at 425 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes or until desired crispiness achieved.
