A glorious cream cheese icing topper! This frosting can take your healthy baked goods to the next level! We made this in our Weekly Cooking Class!

Ingredients
·        1 ½ cups raw cashews, soaked and drained
·        ½ cup unsweetened plant milk
·        ¼ cup lemon juice
·        8 Medjool dates, soaked
·        1 teaspoon cinnamon
·        ½ teaspoon nutmeg or allspice
·        ¼ teaspoon ground clove
·        1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
1.            Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.
2.            Chill icing for at least 15 minutes in the fridge.
3.            Frost or dip as desired.
