Here is a turmeric spice blend recipe. Used to boost immunity, fight inflammation, and add flavor. Be creative with its use!
Ingredients:
· 1 tablespoon ground turmeric
· 1 teaspoon ground cumin
· 1 teaspoon ground coriander
· 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
· 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
· 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
· 1/4 teaspoon ground clove
· 1/4 teaspoon ground Cayenne (optional)
Mix all ingredients together & store in an airtight container for up to 3 months.
