Ingredients · 1 package firm tofu · 2 tablespoons nutritional yeast · 1 lemon juiced · 1 tablespoon ume plum vinegar* · ¼ teaspoon onion powder · ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
1. Add all ingredients to blender and blend until smooth.
*Note: Red wine vinegar can be subbed if necessary.
This is a great base for creating a wide variety of flavors. For example, add 1 tablespoon each of dried dill and pickle juice to make a delicious dill cream cheeze.
