Meet Jay

I am a speaker, nutritionist, and transition specialist.  I was an Education Specialist with two hospitals in Ventura County.  I have a Health Science background as well as special certifications to teach DEEP (Diabetes Empowerment Education Program) and CDSMP (Chronic Disease Self Management Program), now Healthier Living.  I volunteer with Ventura County Public Health where I have assisted with events, screenings, and taught nutrition education for after school programs.
